Tonight I was just not feeling in the mood to cook. But my 9 year old son, Henry saved the day. These rissoles are simple and tasty!! Henry was able to prepare and cook these with next to no help needed. I am finding this extra time at home with one another a great time to get the kids involved in the kitchen.
