Many people with dental health cover fail to use up all of their yearly entitlements. For this reason, we like to encourage our patients to utilise their private health insurance as best they can.
Many funds replenish at the end of each calendar year. This means that if you have not used any of your dental benefits, they will be wiped and started again next year. For patients that have unfinished treatment, this may mean that now is a good time to have your pending treatment done, using 2018 benefits. Then come 2019, these benefits will be replenished and ready to use again.
